I cannot say enough about how valuable Alisa's expertise has been for our legal aid staff. Alisa has been our "go-to" resource for training on the impact of domestic violence on clients, on trauma informed advocacy, and on dealing with angry clients. Over the years we have asked many psychologists and therapists to speak to our staff on the topic "Handling a Difficult Caller or Client."  None of those speakers offered practical and effective tips until Alisa presented on this topic.  Alisa's combination of experience, insight and practical approach has been incredibly valuable to us.
